🔎 Deal Finder (Lead Manager / Cold Caller)
Are you great at talking to people and spotting opportunities? As a Deal Finder, you’ll focus on generating leads by calling, texting, and following up with property owners. Your job is to uncover motivation, build rapport, and set up qualified opportunities for our acquisitions team. This is a great entry point into real estate for anyone with strong communication skills and a hunger to win.
🤝 Closer (Acquisitions Rep)
If you love negotiating and sealing the deal, this role is for you. As a Closer, you’ll speak directly with motivated sellers, evaluate properties, and secure signed purchase agreements. You’ll use your problem-solving and sales skills to create win-win offers and move deals forward. Ideal for someone with a sales background who wants to earn high commissions and play a key role in the transaction.
🔁 Full-Cycle Rep (Acquisition + Disposition)
This role is for high performers who want to manage the entire wholesale process from start to finish. As a Full-Cycle Rep, you’ll generate leads, negotiate with sellers, secure contracts, and then market the deals to our investor network. You’ll control the entire transaction and earn a higher commission percentage for doing so. Perfect for someone with experience in both acquisitions and dispositions — or a fast learner who’s ready to take full ownership of the deal flow.
